Community Classes
Common Root is now offering community health classes. These classes are available to anyone and drop ins are always welcome. Please stay tuned, as the class schedule is still developing and we will be adding more classes as the need arises.
Mindfulness Meditation with Robin
Tuesdays 6:30 pm- $5
Tai Qi/ Qi Gong with Brent
This class appropriate for all experience levels.
Thursdays 6:30 pm- $5
Yoga for Rejuvenation with Deborah
Friday 1:30 pm- $5
